It doesn’t have to be winner-take-all.
Giving in to the other’s desires is not negotiating. Making sure the other party is left in a worse situation than when they started is not negotiating.
I can be, but there’s a better way.
We focus on teaching your team how to find creative solutions that find optimal outcomes for everyone involved in ways that may not be obvious at the start of the negotiation process.
We cover strategies and tactics that help foster a collaborative relationship that encourages both parties to work together.
But, if you need to do business against a real tough fighter, we can teach your team how to do that, too.
What is it like?
This is a 2 day workshop for 16 attendees, or fewer. All participants will be involved in no fewer than 4 trial negotiations in order to explore the concepts covered in the presentation portion of the experience.
