What is it like?
It’s a 2 day workshop for teams of 8 or fewer. Attendees will get to apply the concepts in a supportive environment with real-time feedback on how to improve. This drastically increases retention, post-training effectiveness, and overall competence.
Can be reduced to a single day, but is not recommended.
